Very comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, in a walking distance from the metro, the beach and Rambla del Poblenou. Very nice people. Very quiet.

The reception when I check in online Saturday 28th June, I arrived early & The Lady was very pleasant & help, she noticed that I The afternoon heat we very tired & immediately arrange a upgraded room for us as 2 saperated bad room was not ready. Thank you

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel menu for room service (there is no hotel restaurant)is a delivery service provider, it was very bad. Simple food poorly cooked and cold. Expensive with small portions. Bedroom was not cleaned properly. Towels taken away were not replaced. Tea and coffee pods were not replaced and rubbish not emptied. On a, whole not good value for money. We could not get breakfast first day as it didnt start until 8am. Our train was 8.15 am . Train station was 29 mins away.
