Everything was great. bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. the bathroom was good. Breakfast was good. Car parking was excellent.
The range of wines could have been of better quality.

1. Wifi did not work in the room (tried 4 devices)
2. Floor tiles in bathroom not fixed down, treading on them caused fluid to ooze out.
3. Bathroom fan operates but VERY little or NO damp air is extracted misted mirror remains misted. As a result it smells damp and smell spreads to room if door left open.
4. Had to have a door key reprogrammed several times, never kept near phone.
5. Reported all above on departure, would have expected some comment/respose.
