Location. Beautiful room with a balcony and view. Friendly staff. Breakfast. Value for money.
Slightly cool in the room overnight. Central heating not on and no extra throw or blanket to use.

Breakfast was good apart from the scrambled egg.
It was dark in the bar/restaurant and I couldn't read the menu. We were at the side where there was no lighting. The second night we ate in the restaurant and I could read the menu as it was light. We weren't offered the restaurant on the first night and I had to ask on the second night.

Comfortable bed and good shower.
Leaking toilet and too close to the wall. A very large pile of laundry bags, filled with dirty linen that smelt, in the entrance hall to the accommodation building. A very average breakfast and told although breakfast was included and paid for we could not have cereal, yoghurts, fruit etc unless we paid an additional £6 per person!!
Most of buildings requires maintenance - any remedial work looks very amateurish!
