Excellent location & view across the river from our room.
Lots to discover in the beautiful city of New Castle.
People extremely friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of the Great North Run. Would highly recommend to anyone a visit to the city and participating in the GNR :)
Being told that a Club Room was one size but then being allocated a Standard double on our 3rd night albeit being given the add ons ie drinks voucher slippers bathrobe and water. The online adverts for a Club room are very misleading as you’re told you’re getting a larger room which are a lower floor. Also charges are different - this needs addressing so that customers are able to choose accommodation with accuracy.

Lovely hotel excellamt views very clean no noise in hotel was very quiet especially at night , staff were very helpful
Only thing I didnt like was everyone out front of hotel smoking think their should be a smoking bit at bck of hotel as everyone passes front makes hotel look cheap as even cheaper ones in newcastle dont have this at entrance of hotel to me a non smoker or vapour looks really bad for a,lovely hotel as u have to passing to get to reception
