Great location and lovely staff - very comfy bed!
Breakfast was going to be another £35! That seems so over the top and we didn't have it but I would rather have had breakfast at the hotel.

Comfy bed.
We understood there was parking, so arrived at the hotel, but little signage and there appeared to be no room. So we drove around the block and rang, but then got someone from India who wanted to know our reservation number and so many questions, she hadn't a clue about the parking. So we just found a place on our own to park and arrived. Pretty poor start.
The room felt like one up from a Premier Inn. Felt v. overpriced at £200.
Toiletries in large bottles. Only found robes hidden in a drawer, little milk cartons just like a Travelodge. Shower quite weak.
Walls v. white, def not cosy and plastic laminated flooring, chipped furniture.
