room and location
dinner menu and service was slow. apparently there was a problem in the kitchen. no esspresso as machine out of order

We asked to change rooms as the one that we were put in was to small, a member of staff, Lyn was incredibly helpful for which we were very grateful

Bed was extremely small to what we were expecting. Only enough bathroom products for one and only one set of towels were in bathroom. We did find more in cupboards. This would be fine for solo travelle, not for couple.
