Excellent central location, good original booking price, lovely staff. Apartment comfortable and spacy. The tea, coffee etc was a nice touch.
There was an odd drain-like smell in the main bathroom. We had to wait a little while for the room to be ready and the toilet facility on the ground floor was unisex, there was only one cubicle so there was a queue and the facility was not pleasant. I understand why there was a deposit required but £200 which is going to take ten days to be returned feels like too high and too slow.
