Great location right next to the park and a walking distance from town centre.
The bathroom was a bit odd in our room, one of the single beds had to be moved in order to close the bathroom door fully. And the bathroom sink was tiny but there was another bigger one in the room. Also, windows didn't have safety locks on them so seeing as we had kids with us it was a bit worrying.

Location was great, literally 2 minute walk into Whitby
The room was not very well equipped, no dressing table so made getting ready a little tricky. Room was a bit tatty, wallpaper ripped from wall in places, also a little bit grubby. Water was extremely hot, to the point my husband almost scalded his hand. Also the information book in the room didnāt mention WiFi password which we only discovered as we checked outā¦ it was displayed on entrance hall cabinet. It just lacked attention to detail
