Lovely location, friendly staff. Amazing breakfast lots of choice and fabulous restaurant looking onto the river .
The room was cold , we had to ask for an additional heater for the room.

Friendly staff, clean and cosy hotel. Amazing breakfast
The kids fish fingers on the evening menu! Out of the whole stay this was the 1 thing I had a problem with. Being a restaurant i expected them to be proper fish inside

The staff were nice and polite.
Coffee was shocking, our room was nxt to the lifts so we heard them late at night and from 6.30 in the morning, should of stayed 3 night but 2 was enough.
