The room was perfect for a solo traveller with a great little self contained kitchen
I arrived 1.25hrs early & they wanted to charge me an extra £10 pound to check in.
Quite honestly, this was the difference between a rating of 10 & a rating of 8. How ridiculous. The room was ready & I’d travelled four hours to be there so this just left a sour taste in my mouth.

The property it self was god. Clean, quiet, spacious, good location, friendly staff. Very good shower.
The mattress! In room 233 the mattress was horrible. The metal frame connection bar to support the springs inside was digging into my rib. I have tried to change the position with the partner but it was the same. So in the middle in the night we had to turn the mattress around that the part would be where the legs are. It wasn't the most comfortable for my legs, but at least I could sleep without digging hard. You still could feel the springs as well, but it was bearable. Not sure if it is the same in all rooms or we just were unlucky. So you should definitely change it to a little bit better quality
