Wonderful spa day and upgraded room for an overnight stay.
Fantastic helpful staff , beautiful treatments and a brilliant hotel .
We couldn't have been happier..and the weather was just perfect.

Breakfast and evening meal where lovely great food, room was lovely with a great view of the golf course, pool was excellent.
shower in room wasn't very hot even on highest setting.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, great sized room, bath AND shower in the bathroom, good facilities for cyclists
Why do so many hotel chains provide heavy and excessively warm duvets? And sachets of ordinary Nescafe coffee was a disappointment.
Given that so many guests were riding the Tour o' the Borders and had to leave at 6am, an option for some sort of breakfast box would be an idea
