Location and setting are lovely, good breakfast choice
Rooms are a little tired and you had to take room towel for gym and pool as solo traveller I was only provided with one set of towels.

The serenity, breakfast choice and golf course
Some of the retro games in gaming area don’t work properly but still take your money, the lodge I was allocated is 10min walk or maybe 20min with an elderly person but thanks to management my room was changed to main hotel. I waited a good a good hour for
My dinner and had 20 % off as an apology which I questioned a service charge of 20% not making difference but that was taken off too. The outside area next to gaming has cob webs and the outside area next to bar area had a sewer smell.

The whole place was amazing. By far the best place I've stayed in a while that was also super good value for money. Staff are attentive and just simply amazing.

The variety of spaces to sit, relax was very good and the shared spaces are very beautiful and luxury. The bedrooms are very dated and due to the extreme heat we were having were very hot - it is definitley a place where air con would transform a stay. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. The staff were very polite and welcoming and helpful when we had any issues.
I could not find a table that you could sit at and work, even just a few raised desks somewhere would be great. THe coffee was not drinkable, at a hotel of this size you would expect to be able to get fresh coffee with breakfast but the macgine coffee was undrinkable.
