Staff very friendly, very clean room. Quiet area away from bustle if the city. Local pub has good menu for evening meals. Buffet breakfast was plentiful.
Steep stairs to upper floors and basement breakfast area. Would have liked sausages and bacon as options for breakfast.

Great location. Easy access to multiple train, coach, and train stations (Paddington). Pretty street and neighborhood. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Staff were very kind and accommodating.
Warm room. Hard to cool down in heat, though fan was very strong/reliable. Needed window open, which exposed us to street level chatter/vehicles and cigarette smoke from outside.

We never got to see the property as the room we booked had a problem with the WC so we had a room given to us from a different hotel next door to there sister hotel
