Found the pillow dirty which was so disgusting to sleep, obviously doubting the cleanliness of the property

Clean
No running water! Don’t expect to flush the loo. We arrived to find that was an issue. Was fixed later in the day but unacceptable not to know before arrival. Staff acted as if “well it will be on later”
