Very spacious for 3 people and comfortable. Easy access to all the Edinburgh sites.
A bit of noise at night coming from the traffic from the road in front.

Lovely, quiet basement apartment with window looking out to small courtyard. Two single comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen area with sink, kitchen roll, cleaning, washing and drying products, fridge, hot and cold water, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, 4 hob cooker and sufficient cutlery, crockery, pans and utensils. Dining table and chairs, fan, iron and board (under bed) hairdryer and more than the average tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets! Amazing bathroom with plenty toiletries, towels and a lovely, large shower.
We missed not having a microwave in the apartment. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Good location- 5 min walk to Haymarket station and walking distance to old town
Partition between our room and neighbour was an adjoining door. Our neighbours were quite noisy and were talking loudly until 2am so we didn’t get great sleep.
Also we didn’t realise that we had booked for 4 adults but when we turned up there was only 1 bed. I called the apartment manager who got back to me straight away- we were to use the sofa bed (hadn’t realised). Also our shutter for the window didn’t fit the window so we were woken up by the sunlight coming through.
However a great location, but needs better soundproofing.

Staff and communication are good. Location is excellent.
The sofa bed was a joke even for 5yo child. It does not carry anything and its hub and mattress were super dirty. I tried to vacuum them and did not work. Only bathroom was very clean other than that, room is not properly cleaned.
