The cleanliness and how hygienic it was
The beds are very comfortable
The views are amazing and location is very good
The gym was worn out and some equipments were not working + lack of space and equipments
Room service could have been better
Price is a little too expensive

Modern, clean, spacious rooms. Quiet area away from the busiest parts of Old Town, but still convenient walking distance to the main areas.
It might have been nice to be a tad bit closer to the busier parts of Edinburgh but honestly I appreciated how quiet the area was!
