The location very close to most of Edinburgh attractions, the reception staff very cooperative.
The smell in the room, the bed is not comfortable. The glasses transparent so the street pedestrians can see you in the room with the curtains not closing properly. AC is not functioning well

Excellent location for attractions, buses and the tattoo.
Food good and staff helpful and friendly.
Parking in close proximity
Bar closed before 11pm and refused a drink by hotel reception.
Shower not very powerful. Bath small.

The reception and bar staff were friendly and the location was good.
The interior was tired and one of lifts was out of service. The rooms were very poor for the brand and the room service was worse than a Travelodge! Overall it was very poor value for money and I would not go back. This is very disappointing as a Hilton Honours member this was far from their usual standard and therefore what I was expecting.
