Excellent location. Easy walking to key attractions in Old Towne.
Parking was difficult because it dealt with a separate company.

A great hotel in a great location on the edge of the Grassmarket. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, extremely comfortable and so spacious. Complementary minibar with all sorts of goodies. Luxury toiletries and the shower and bath were huge. Breakfast and restaurant were also great. Location is amazing, around the corner from the National Museum of Scotland and many other city centre landmarks. Great sound insulation so you get to enjoy the perks of the location without compromising on peace and privacy.

smallest room I have ever stayed in for nearly £300 a night very very small.
