I really enjoyed my stay! The location is excellent and close to almost everywhere. We had a problem with our flight being delayed, so I contacted the property through Booking and they responded very quickly
They also have a WhatsApp number, and I was able to contact them 24/7
The location is close to most of the main attractions, so we never needed to book an Uber or taxi while exploring the city everything was within walking distance
The apartment was also very well equipped there was a washing machine and everything we needed was available
we had a great experience
The walls are quite thin, so you can sometimes hear noise from the neighboring rooms and from outside However, it usually becomes very quiet after 10 PM, so we were able to sleep comfortably without any major issues

Easy check in, with very friendly people. Place was clean, with nicely designed furniture. A bit small, but very well equipped with dishwasher, washing/drying machine, oven, iron and board, yoga mat etc. Good amount of storage space for clothes. Downstairs coffee shop. Elevator worked well.
Very noisy courtyard with people from the next door bar talking loudly and smoking. Could not have the windows open, and place got very stuffy and warm, even in September with rainy weather. Bed was narrow and short, but firmness was good.
Location was good, not perfect, hard to get an Uber at this location (took at least 10 min before I got one).
Shower was leaking a lot, had to use multiple towels to catch it, could wring them out after 1 shower. No coffeemaker, only a kettle, even though "standard" coffeemaking equipment was promised. Only 2 each of plates, glasses, silverware, so it felt like a waste to run the dishwasher for just 2 glasses.
For the price we paid for this apartment we had expected a bit better.

The room was clean and the location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the main areas.
The family room was small and very dingy, with very little natural sunlight. The lighting really needs to be improved, as it significantly affects the overall feel and ambience of the room. It was quite depressing staying in such a dark space, and even simple things like applying make-up were a challenge. Staff brought in some extra lamps which helped a little, but unfortunately wasn't enough as the overall lightning remained poor. Some staff members were helpful if you approached them, but generally they avoided eye contact and kept their distance. The washer/dryer initially took over seven hours to complete a cycle, although we eventually figured out how to reduce the time. It may benefit from being serviced or better maintained, as the cycle times seemed excessive.
