Staff were great, location was great and city view was great
The room was tired and dusty, with dirty walls, bathroom sink cracked and chipped. Also why is it called Fraser Suites when all you get is a double room? Ok the city view was great

Great location, room and reception staff. Would definitely revisit when in Edinburgh.

Great location. Friendly staff
Last year we had a lovely flat with city views. This year we had a dismal flat in the basement with one room with no window at all, and the other with a window, but with obscured glass that could only be opened a tiny bit. It felt like living in an expensive dungeon and did not compare at all well to our previous stay.
