Disappointing would not stay again

Great location pretty floral decorations at entrance

Luxury king room booked but nothing luxury about it. Very dull furnishings and impractical wardrobe in corner Restaurant food - ordered salt and pepper squid but was really really salty and inedible.. Chicken slovaki tasteless Expected more for the cost

Amazing!

Every detail. Read notes before hand and knew it was our wedding the day after. Got welcome cocktails and upgrade to a beautiful room. Luxury toiletries and electrical also.

Lovely rooms, very spacious. So glad they had GHDs as my curlers I'd brought with me broke and we were going to a wedding! Food was good and the drinks too

Breakfast was a little slow compared to dinner, but was worth the wait anyway. Probably our fault for not ordering to the room. Air con was noisy in the room and couldn't work out how to turn it off.

Fantastic stay at a beautiful, luxury boutique hotel!

Stunning, luxurious room with gorgeous decor and all mod cons. Fantastic central location on George Street. Really comfy beds!

Some staff members at Reception could have been friendlier.

The most stunning hotel in the perfect location, stayed in the mini suite, beautiful immaculate room, friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was incredible so worth a visit here.

Nice hotel but expensive for what we got

I loved the style and the ways the rooms were decorated.

there were lots of gadgets in the room ie iPad to play music, tv with Netflix and Nespresso machine unfortunately none of them worked despite following instructions. When checking in and out it was very crowded and a little chaotic. we had to queue with everyone waiting for the restaurant to check in as it wasn’t clear where to go for hotel. I put on the booking that we were there for my daughters 18th birthday the girl who checked us in also asked what we were here for but despite this and being booked in the restaurant the same night it was a little disappointing that there was no recognition of this anywhere. I paid £191 for a room was told breakfast wasn’t included and a further £104 for a meal and drinks on the night and wanted to make it special for her which it wasn’t really. The staff were all lovely but very busy and despite going here several times in the past I wouldn’t go back.

We had a few issues but Peter the man at desk help.us very quickly and was very sorry about the issues would also may let guest know if staying at the front of the hotel about the noise from out side

Fantastic short break

Another fantastic stay at Tigerlily. Being the first week of January it wasn’t too busy. Have stayed on numerous occasions and can never fault a thing about the Hotel, Restaurant or bar. Lovely staff too.

Very satisfactory even although fire alarm went off 3 times between 2.00 and 2.30. False alarms.

Have stayed before and the staff and rooms are first class.

Wish that check in could be earlier as 15.00 hrs is far to late when you’ve been travelling.

Fascinating central hotel . Luxurious beautiful room.. Staff were great.

No private carpark but did get discount app for NCP parking. Still quite a walk if you're disabled.

rooms are beautiful. such a lovely place for a girls weekend. food and drink were exceptional and can’t rate the staff highly enough

hard for residents to get seat at night due to being popular night spot at weekend
