The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the city and the price was great.
They have luggage storage which is great and helpful for those who want to explore the city.
We stayed as a family in 2 rooms. At first we noticed that the air conditioner was not working in all the rooms, and every time I contacted the hotel staff they tried to evade and offered a portable heater, which is quite dangerous to sleep with all night. The attitude of the staff was horrible and they did not get back to me at all.
In addition, the water pipe in the shower was torn and we had to wait until the next day for a maintenance person to come and replace it.
The rooms are quite dirty, they do not change the sheets.
Luckily we only stayed 2 nights, we endured the terrible cold at night, it was simply horrible and does not respect the name of the luxurious hotel.
