Overall, this place is an OK stay. The room is nice. We had the English basement so we had a window with a partial sidewalk view. The room is small. Hot water is intermittent. This end of town is a bit far from most of the popular areas. All in all is was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here on another visit.

Room was beautifully decorated. It is small but perfect for sleeping and resting after a long day. The shower was great and the shampoo and body wash smelled amazing!

Excellent location, beautifully decorated room, and very clean with nice touches and amenities. However, email communication was not great. No mini-fridge in the room. No common area.

Exactly as described. Great location on a quiet street near the action (will be better once the tram resumes). Clean, cozy, well-maintained room, simple check-in. The only issue for me, and this would have been obvious if I’d thought about it, was that I had to lug my heavy suitcase up (to get into the front door) and down (from the main floor to my room) a lot of stairs.
