Location was good, staff were friendly and helpful, places of interest were a short journey into the city centre, facilities on site were good.

Not bad but definitely overpriced.
Carpets are filthy, room did not get made up despite leaving the sign out for the WHOLE day, Toilet wouldn't flush properly and was VERY noisy with a high pitched squeal when refilling.
