Everything was ok, especially the way front desk manager - very supportive, kind, responsive and welcoming lady - sorted out the issue that appeared because of some inconvenience of booking.com website
So as mentioned above my issue was I have booked and paid for premium double room with the option for two single beds. Then the site offered an option to upsale me a city view of which I took advantage and have upgraded to it. BUT then nothing has pointed or notify or whatsoever that upgrade to city view means automatically a double bed. So after all day drive - more than 9 hours in total I had to share the bed with my family member. What have irritated me the most though was that I was offered additional duvet from reception to which I agreed... Then I had to experience "the curiosity" of the Indian guy representing the staff, who brought that notorious duvet and had the nerve to ask if we can let him know what was the problem and did we have a blanket at first place. Had to wait for him to comprehend his presence is not been demanded at all, and after fourth time I have said thanks I believe he got back to his senses and left.
