The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room had a balcony (although a view of the car park), which was nice to sit on in the evening with a bottle of wine.
We ate on the terrace, and they were happy to create a basic but very nice meal for a vegetarian (cheese omelette and chips).
The hotel is well located for access to the metro into central Bilbao.
We were taking a break from camping, and I requested, in advance, space for a 6.36m campervan.
They confirmed that they wouldn't reserve any space. That said, when we arrived, there were two places where we could have parked but it was down to luck.

Clean. Good AC. Nice shower. Good dinner at their restaurant. Pretty building next to a park and walkway by creek. Grocery store and pharmacy nearby.
Our room overlooked the hotel's Terrace Restaurant and a wedding party was noisy late into the night. TV came on by itself at 1:30am. Parking was full at dinner time because of restaurant guests.

Car park gets full. Had to wait for a while to be checked in due to staff assisting with other jobs
