The villa was fantastic its a great way to stay when traveling with several families. Pool was a fabulous perk. It made the trip. The views were amazing and you could easily walk to the private beaches. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Great location close to everything you wanted to do. They offer activities for all.

We were fortunate enough to be given an upgrade with a plunge pool which was very welcome after a long journey. The view across the bay towards the far coast and down to the town of Agios Nikolaos was exceptional. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well and there were plenty of towels provide including those for use in the plunge pool.
The only problem was the lack of charging points for mobile devices, hair driers etc - only one was conveniently placed although I suspect there were others hidden behind the furniture. The ventilation in the bathroom could have been better - a smell of drains occasionally drifted in!

What I liked was the hotel itself: it’s beautiful, with nice architecture and clean common spaces. The location is great too, just a short walk to a really nice beach. The view from my room was amazin, probably the best part. And the room was clean, nothing fancy, but ok. The lady at the customer center that organises the trips was lovely and helpful
What I didn’t like was the way the restaurant staff treated us. At the first dinner, when we just arrived, they basically told us to go away, tapped their watch to say it was late, and even clapped their hands to rush us. It felt aggressive and rude, so we didn’t go back for dinner and ended up wasting our half-board. Similar rude attitude at breakfast. The bathroom wasn’t great either. The showerhead was a cheap one you’d find at Lidl for 10 euro and it couldn’t stay on the wall because the support was loose. The bed setup was also disappointing. I had booked a big double bed but they gave us two separate singles. I tried to speak with the manager to give feedback but they never responded, it felt like they didn’t care. Lastly I paid for 3 sea view rooms but for one I got a partial sea view instead. I showed them the photo but they said that was a sea view and didn’t offer any refund
