Location at it best 🫰🏼🥰 The staff was so welcoming, esp. the in-charge cleaner on our 1st day. Often greeting us cheerfully everytime we see her, and asking us if we need something or any problem in the room don't hesitate to ask her. The reason from the bottom of my heart, I leave a tip for her - with her kind gesture, that I don't often do --- she was exceptional, God bless! 🙏🏼
Same breakfast, the 1st and 2nd day --- only that, but I enjoy and like the turkish coffee...

Neglijenta angajatilor, lipsa de atentie.
Au uitat sa puna painea pe masa de 3 ori. Au mutat cosul cu painea ramasa de la o masa la alta masa de 2 ori. Au pus feliile de paine cu mana in cosul de paine fara a folosi un servetel sau manusi. Camera era plina de praf, peretii plini de
sange de tantarii ucisi in sezonul trecut. Faianta din baie era murdara, stropita si necuratata. De luni pana vineri nu s.a curatat in camera, nu s.au schimbat prosoapele, nu s.au completat sampoanele, sapunurile, hartia igienica,
nu s.a facut igienizarea camerei ceea ce pentru un hotel de 4 stele este grav.
