a volte il personale e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff fanno la differenza rispetto ad un soggiorno anonimo in un hotel magari con maggiori stelle.
Una menzione speciale meritano alcune delle persone che ho conosciuto e di cui mi ricordo il nome,
Valentina, Carlo Alberto, Giacomo del bar/ristorante senza nulla togliere a tutti le altre persone che ho conosciuto durante il mio soggiorno
Nulla in particolare magari, a voler trovare un "difetto" ma che non ha senso oggettivo, la location è distante dal centro ma ovviamente se non fosse dove sta non potrebbe avere un immenso parcheggio a disposizione e lo spazio per costruire un palazzo di quelle dimensioni.
Non è una critica ma pare che si debba per forza scrivere qualcosa di negativo

Most of wedding party stayed in old town so we were in and out for the week walking or by taxi

Good service, size of room, free parking, location,
the facility is old, WiFi - is no coverage in our room, problems with the air conditioning (which were fixed). Breakfast - no vegetables.
I stayed in many different Hiltons around the world and this one is not from the tops
$$$$
