The room was very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and kind! (Especially Chiara, who welcomed us with joy and a lot of recommendations). The room was very good, and there was parking nearby outside the hotel.
The hotel is ~15 minutes' walk to the center of the city. Also, the breakfast was basic

Clean, very nice and helpful staff. It might be considered by some a bit far from historical center ( 10 min walk) but for us was just fine as we love walking.
It may be considered a hit expensive, but it was mid August.

This hotel is fairly pricey for what it offers in as far as the room itself. What stands out is the staff for sure! Ciara, Lisa, (front desk) Paulo (bar), and Valeria at breakfast. Wonderful folks. Smiling, helpful. Also great breakfast! Nice petite bar with Paulo the bartender who my son really enjoyed interacting with. And only 15 minute walk to Lecce old town which is one of the reasons we chose it. Other was that it has parking on site albeit 10 Euros per day. Or some free parking on street if you find a spot with white lines. Blue lines you pay at meter. Yellow lines I believe are forbidden. Close to plenty of restaurants. My son’s king bed was pretty comfortable he said but I slept in the single bed and was so-so mattress wise. Air Conditioning worked but didn’t seem like it cooled down to the setting I put. Lovely bathroom with excellent shower. If property had an on-site pool that would have gone a long way to increasing overall attractiveness of the property. The lobby is very pleasant with lovely sofas and sofa chairs AND potent Air Conditioning!😂. Overall a decent property in regards to room but quite excellent in regards to the staff and their welcoming engagement. Thanks to all there!
