Staff were excellent. Reception were welcoming, always greeted with a " hello, how are you" and very helpful. Gave a good impression of the hotel
Meals were good and service good. Room comfortable and spacious. Good value. If you like outdoors there is plenty to see - walks sightseeing, touring etc. Although I did not use the leisure centre, the pool are looked excellent.
Being a bit picky. Water was a bit cooler on second day of my stay. Room chair had a rip on the side.

Good breakfast
The heating was on all night even with the radiator at 0 so they gave us a fan there was no potatoscons with the breakfast and alot of plasters and gross things in the pool the hot tub was very small and they ran out of slippers at reception

Showers were not working ...no hot water though the hotel did provide a free evening meal.
