I loved the location and the initial concierge when I stayed the first time. However the staff member that looked after the place on my return was unfriendly unhelpful and to be quite a little sour. The highlighted all the other shortcomings that I was prepared to overlook on my earlier visit such as – the meanness of soap and shampoo and the lack of any kind of glass to drink out of.
I didn’t particularly like the first roomI stayed because it was single and was very much like a person cell. However you’re lovely staff member made up for the shortcomings and made me feel welcome and safe. I took a double room on my return and it was okay but the concierge – I think her name is Sylvia was very
