I was delighted with my single room, which is in a lovely building in a great position in Verona. Breakfast was delivered in the morning, and was generous and delicious. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Cute place with a great location (nearly 10 min) to the city center. Very clean and breakfast with coffee was a nice surprise. Apartment owner very pleasant person who helped as to resolve each question including parking

Everything was great

Monica was really hospitable and had a solution to every query / conundrum I presented her with. The room was spotless, and there were a number of lights in the room, which I loved, as I could switch between a brighter and a more ambient environment. The breakfast, moreover, was delightful, and the hotel itself is a stone's throw away from Ponte Pietra and Castel San Piero. Lovely place - 10/10.

The woman who owns the residence is beautiful and kind and she will not rest until the customer relaxes,the localisation of the residence is perfect and the city is unforgettable

All in all fantastic accomodation (We spilled coffee on the sheets and they changed them the same day!), great shower and so cozy, nice warm colours. Breakfast in the room, fresh croissants, even have a fridge in the room! Would come again any time!

I liked absolutely everything related to hosting. The breakfast, the bed, the windows (light and ventilated room), the cleanliness, the proximity to absolutely everything, the kindness of everyone... I would definitely like to come back! They were very understanding with the fact that I don't speak Italian and I was able to communicate in English. Simple check-in and check-out!

On Sunday, the nearby bar/pub/restaurant played loud music until 8-9pm, I think, and the loud conversation continued a little longer.

Cute tiny room for a cute tiny person (me). But it can also accommodate a cute medium size person for sure. Breakfast was served in your room and you could get coffee whenever... and that I really liked. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

mmh.. it's not the place's fault that there is a restaurant downstairs and also a very big busy road not far away. So I guess it was a little loud for me, but I have to tell you I prefer to sleep with open windows.. But I was on holiday. Who needs to sleep? ;D

The room exceeded my expectations. Very bright, just enough for 1 person, good size bathroom and breakfast! The breakfast was placed in a basket with your room name just outisde your door next to the coffee machine, which I was able to use at any time of the day. The room was spotless and also cleaned daily. The best part of it all was the location and the host! The place is a short walk to the touristic center, but also far enough to enjoy the more local part of this beautiful city. Monica and her daughter are very welcoming and can make any stay feel that much more special! Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. The property is located in a building that looks like it has history. The single room does not feel small, perfect for a solo traveler. Breakfast includes coffee, milk, juice, croissant, and yogurt. There’s a capsule coffee machine in the hallway. The room is carefully decorated and maintained. You can find a hairdryer, a mini fridge, hangers, towels, and body wash(nicely rose scented). The owner is communicative and friendly. I had an issue with the AC and it was resolved fast. The residence is 10 mins bus ride(no.73; stop: Piazza Isolo) from the train station. It comes every 20 to 30 mins. From Arena, it is about 15-18min walk.

We are so glad we found Residenza San Faustino. The location, tucked away in a neighborhood across the river from the old city, was the perfect spot to get away from all the activity while still being very close to all the places we wanted to see. The host was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast that was prepared and waiting for us each morning outside our door was lovely. We would definitely hope to stay here again next time we visit Verona!

A fantastic hotel, part of an old townhouse with lots of preserved details (wooden ceiling!) and modern furniture. Great location just across the river from the old town, next to Roman Theatre and museum, close to San Pietro hill with amazing views of the city. Our windows were facing the courtyard so the room was quiet. Very helpful and friendly host, we could even borrow a wine bottle opener - thank you! Excellent value for money!

The breakfast is Italian standard so bread and croissants only but with food in the fridge (cream cheese, yogurt) and in the room (crispbread, jam) this was enough for us. Perhaps it would be possible to have a bit more variety, e.g. add some ham or cheese in the future?
