Very central location, close to the train and tram stops and was a nice stroll down to Schonbrunn Palace. The common areas were really well set up and it had a really cool vibe. The breakfast was great value too.
The highlight had to be two staff members in particular. Harry who worked in the evenings was absolutely fantastic and was super friendly and great to chat to! Also, I didnt get her name, but she worked in the morning and I believe was relatively new to the job but she was bubbly and very chatty and nothing was too much! Absolute asset to this hostel!
Just keep in mind that the 3 person room in small so space is very limited! We had trouble with the key cards constantly needing to he reset which was a bit annoying.
Also the shower lacking a holder was extremely annoying. This actually caused us to have longer showers because we had to hold the shower head with one hand the whole time which kind of defeated the purpose. Also the light sensor in the bathroom was frustrating as thos went off while I was in the shower and I almost had to hop out to get it to turn on again. Little dangerous with wet floors.

Everything : people (1000/10), location, connectivity, social amenities. I wish I stayed few more days just to enjoy the company of the people I have met here.
Vienna's weather/climate , as like other cities, is fast changing. As such, fans in rooms would be a simple yet very great investment in the coming years.

Location near the Flix bus stop at Westbahnhof.
Stink of cigarette smoke. Some staff were friendly, others were not.
