I stayed alone. The room for me was perfect. Great ventilation, even has a fan which is amazing during the summer. But my room was right by the pavement and you can hear people outside. Quite a quick walk (like 5 - 8min) to the nearest train station, and 13min walk to the mall, which wasn't too bad. For the price i think it's great.
1. The bed is uncomfortable. It's bearable but it could be better.
2. No common area to hang out within the place, everyone kind of stands around awkwardly.
3. 1 toilet for each genders, 1 shower room (2 shower cubicles) for the entire property. If you're okay with waiting and sharing it's fine.
4. If you forgot your room's password and your phone is locked inside your room, you're done for. (Happened to me) A recommendation is that there's ways to reach out to someone in the office from the common area.
5. No fridge.

The bathroom door handle/lock is slightly damaged, so it’s difficult to open when locked.

Such a great budget accom option in an expensive city. My little room was warm and cosy which I was so glad of: it was cold outside.
No-one likes shared bathrooms but they were clean and always available.

Great location, easy to come in, unbeatable budget price. Easy check in and check out.
The bed could have been a bit better and have a nightstand nearby, although there was one in the room. Shared bathroom is OK when there are not too many people at the property. The property contact can be a bit easier and faster.
