New and clean place, there are ppl who come to clean everyday, the kitchen is fully equipped.
The only things is location, 10 min walking to and from the bus stop/tram. But fare for the price.
The refrigerator is shared and the consciousness of some residents is not very high, so we lost some items 😂

І ще шкода , що псується поверхня ДСП тумбочки під умивальниками та двері в ванних кімнатах .

the location
no chairs in the kitchen, no working air conditioning, the temperature was 36 degrees inside, in the room with the small thankfully provided fan it was 29°C. it was so hot inside one was sweating with every square milimeter of one’s skin. i’ve had much better budget stays in vienna for this price
