The location is perfect for anyone travelling by train or bus. The hostel is just a 10–15-minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof, with shops and U-Bahn stations conveniently close by.
I particularly appreciated the three-layer security system, which ensures that no strangers can enter the premises. The room was neat, cosy and comfortable, and I absolutely loved the ceiling window! The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you might need. The bathroom was reasonably clean, although not spotless. However, I believe that has more to do with some guests not cleaning up after themselves than with the cleaning staff.
Overall, my son and I are very happy with our choice. We had a lovely stay, and the accommodation is definitely worth the money!
A small downside (or rather, a note to fellow guests):
This is not a complaint about the accommodation itself, but hopefully some of the guests who stayed last Friday will read this.
If you decide to engage in intimate activities, please remember that the walls don't provide much sound insulation and the entire corridor can hear you. A little consideration and keeping the noise down would be greatly appreciated, especially after 10 p.m., when quiet hours begin. There were several rooms with children staying there, and nobody really needed to hear your bedroom activities, let alone your grand-ish finale.
Please be respectful of others and remember that you're sharing the space. A little discretion goes a long way!
