The room was small, but had everything essential for our one night stay. Everything from check-in to checkout was done on our phones, so very convenient! The rooms open with a QR code. The common spaces were cozy, although we didn't get to spend much time there.
The walls are very thin, there was a big group of people who came in at 3 am and we heard everything they were saying (okay, they weren't very quiet, but still)

The rooms were larger than expected and the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is large and full of facilities, the bathrooms are clean and it's very nicely decorated.
The foosball table is an incredible choice.
The check-in process is a bit complicated and if you book more than one room you have to do them separately, the whole process completely again.

Very clean property with capsule beds that offer excellent privacy. Good location. I also liked the kitchen and luggage storage room.
The capsule is locked with QR from outside but no option to unlock from inside so it is really risky if I closed the capsule by mistake. In general I enjoyed everything except the QR code system for access and verification. Technical issues can happen, so I can accept that part.
However, I had a very negative experience with an overweight staff member on the evening shift. I contacted the property through Booking.com because I had not received the QR code by email. Instead of helping, he spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner and simply told me to “check” for it. His attitude was like he was giving military orders.
Honestly, if I had already received the QR code, I would not have needed to contact the property or speak with him. The technical issue was understandable, but the poor customer service was not.
