Its a really nice hotel in a great part of Italy.
I left a couple of items in my room and they were unwilling to send them on. Citing the poor postal system. Wanted me to organise a courier which would have cost more than the items. I know it was on me to collect everything when I checked out, but what happened to service?

The bed has a bad spring in the middle so I had to lay two folded blankets on the bed to sleep on. Berry uncomfortable. The shower was very small.
Bad bed mattress. The staff was very helpful with the area information.

Great location! The rooftop views were sensational. Really good selection for breakfast. Very clean.
Quite a few stairs to access the property (lift once inside), however the staff helped us with our luggage
