This is a beautiful apartment and it deserves 5 stars on every level, however the lack of hot water during our stay was unacceptable and communication was not what I’d expect based on the 500 euro deposit. I’m rating it high because it’s a great place in a great location, but I’d hope the host is listening and making changes based on feedback.
No hot water for majority of stay. Attitude surrounding 500 euro deposit in advance - I’d prefer to do onsite

Location close to diagonal station.
Staff responding quickly to problems.
Having washer/dryer unit.
Has elevator.
The shower area does not have a door or curtain to block water splash during shower. The bathroom attached to the master bedroom does not drain well that i had to always make a wall of towel on the floor so that the water does not flow to the other side of the bathroom.
Heater constantly breaking down due to high heat that Europe has experienced August 2026. It was fixed after a day.
500 euro deposit that you do not know about until you book the place. Our booking itself was 1200 euro. Also, there are so many warnings of how they can take this deposit, which makes you paranoid about whether you can get your deposit back.

Location is great for everything, shopping and restaurants all walking distance.
Spacious and beautifully decorated.
*Very very noisy from outside we all woke up at least twice at night in both rooms from people talking and laughing, even moving things. Plus there is a construction in one of the apartments in the building so noise from inside and outside.
*You need to buy everything from dishwasher tablets( we stayed 4 nights and there was only one tablet) no washing machine powder or for cleaning.
*No dryer in the washing machine.
*The iron table is old.
*They put 4 coffee capsules so you need to buy your coffee, milk, water …..everything !
