About this apartment rental
Ask for theater and football tickets, groceries, a private chauffeur, or just about anything—a personal assistant will be pleased to help. Other highlights of this apartment include the high cornice ceilings and hardwood floors throughout.
At your arrival we will collect the mandatory tourist tax that is 4,40 euros per person (Adults 17 and up) and night up to 7 nights. The fireplace is decorative.

During your staying you will have a Personal assistant (that will be next to the apartment most of the time, or you could contact him by phone, email...) who could book in restaurants for you, or purchase tickets for the Opera, Theater, Soccer, Sagrada familia... buy groceries before your arrival (please send us your list at least 24h before your arrival). dry cleaning, book a massage on the same apartment, order some food, get a private chauffeur and much more... (the cost of those products/services will be on the guests).
The apartment has complimentary parking but its is important to be REQUESTED IN ADVANCED.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, convertible in 3 (the living room has a sofa bed and 2 corridor doors that allowed to close it like a bedroom).
At the moment of your arrival, as the regulations of Barcelona Tourism industry require, every guest should fill an small form, adding his full name and passport number, in any case we would have access to your passport or get any copy.
Tourists aged 17 and over are required to pay a small fee to stay in short term rental apartment in any area of Barcelona, That is the Tourist Tax, and price is 2.50€ per person per night(up to 7nights) that will have to be paid at your arrival
There is an extra charge for late check in:
Between 20.00h(8.00pm) and 21.00h(9.00pm): 15€
Between 21.00h(9.00pm) and 22.00h(10.00pm): 30€
Between 22.00h(10.00pm) and 00.00h(11.00pm): 50€

What a wonderful apartment. It was exactly as listed. A great location, absolutely beautiful apartment and enjoyed the stay. The owners were responsive and helpful. We had a family of 4 with adult children and it was easy to get around and the noise level was minimal for the location and the air conditioning really helped during the start of a heat wave. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This condo was hands down the best short-term rental I have ever stayed internationally. The condo was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and was designed for a comfortable stay. My family of 5 slept great and had more than enough room. Roberto and his team were amazing! Super welcoming and responded in a timely manner when I had a question or request. If I am ever in Barcelona again this is absolutely where I will be staying again.

Very nice accommodation. It is comfortable, clean & well designed. Loved the high ceilings! In the heart of Barcelona. Close to all forms of ground transportation making it easy to get to the attractions & restaurants. A big shout out to our host Roberto. He took the time to review all of the amenities etc nearby & followed up to see if there were any issues the day after we checked in.ThanksBrian
