Staff was so kind and helpful.
Breakfast was good.
The location is a bit far from historical places.
It was clean but could be better.
The room is a bit small
There was bugs inside fruit juice machine. So when we poured juice for the first time. Bugs dropped to my glass.

Room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Air con was powerful and much appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and staff worked hard to keep it replenished. Reception staff were friendly. It was a short walk to the station so ideal for sightseeing. There is a restaurant called Luigi’s close to the hotel. The food was tasty and the service was very good.

Breakfast was superb, they cleaned our room everyday and we got fresh towels everyday too. You can do a daytrip from Napoli and Pompeii from Rome too.

Location is good. Bed was OK. Staff were friendly, not many could understand what was being asked of them though which made things difficult. Helpful that you've got luggage storage.
On entry looks a mess with the construction, not a good first impression. Ramp up to first floor is a hazard and not fit for purpose - too steep for people with mobility issues to use un aided. Staying on the first floor is sooooooooo noisy, you can hear everyone outside the room all night long. Bed was OK. Theres no plug sockets in the room?! At all, had to unplug the TV to have one plug available. Room is small and not really much room to move. Rooms are also very outdated and just need general matinence. Also strangely no kettle in rooms? Hairdryer didn't work and no emergency chord in the 'accessable' bathroom. Room keys are also outdated, not ideal that you cant take the room key with you. No one explained that you cant, we just got shouted at. Also no one told us check out time when we arrived or anything else.
