Location very good, just near Termini station. Room clean, bed comfortable, value for money. No problems, will stay here again

Great location if you have to take the train, it’s right across the station. The staff (Annalisa) was very friendly
Bathrooms not super clean, rusted handles, and the bed was creaking.

Good location.
The breakfast was disappointing. Although there seemed to be a reasonable selection, the bread and desserts were not always fresh. The juices tasted more like juice drinks than real fruit juice, and while the coffee came from a machine, it wasn't particularly good.
The rooms were small. Although the bed linen and towels were changed daily, the overall cleanliness could have been better. In general, the hotel was not in very good condition.
