Nice room with a balcony. AC was a life saviour in BCN.
Cleaners didn’t clean room or change towels. Was a hassle to try and get more toilet paper since no one was at reception bear in mind it was 12pm on a Tuesday. Staff on phone wasn’t the friendliest. We saw a cockroach in the hall and one of the pillows had a strange stain on it.
