Location was perfect, a little dusty but a gem I would love to come back really enjoyed a nice relaxing bath food was great and the staff were lovely enjoyed a lovely walk with the dog nearby she enjoyed the fuss from the staff and made herself comfortable
A little dusty, would have been more convenient on the ground floor for ease of letting the dog out other than that the stay was perfect

Breakfast alternatives: The porridge and Eggs Benedict were much better than the Full English.
Extra sockets: An extension cable with four plug sockets beside the bed was very useful.
Desk and chair: A practical space for getting ready or working.
Tea and coffee facilities: Kettle, cups, tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
USB charging: Convenient USB-A and USB-C ports built into the bedside lamp stands.
Room location (Room 11): Entrance directly opposite the guest car park, offering little appeal.
Room size: Too small and cramped for a couple.
No windows: Felt like an underground room, literally tucked underneath the stairs, with no natural light.
Noise: Footsteps from guests walking on the floor above were clearly audible and disruptive.
Security: No proper way to lock the door from inside. Although there was no obvious external handle, the lack of an internal lock was concerning.
Cleanliness: Generally clean, but cobwebs in the corners showed that some areas had been overlooked.
Breakfast: The Full English was disappointing and could be improved.
