Chose this for its location in the centre of Kelso. Clean, comfortable and room facilities were good with a large en-suite.
Our room was on the 3rd floor. Stairs were steep and there was no lift. We wouldn't have chosen it for this reason, but we needed somewhere in the town centre at short notice. We would choose somewhere else in future because of this, but would be prepared to stay there again if necessary.

Right in the centre of Kelso, so everywhere we needed to go was very close by. Free parking. All the extra items provided much appreciated, such as toaster, microwave, fridge, which you don’t often get in other B&Bs. Greggs and baguette shop very close too. Very comfortable beds., and great shower.
Nothing much. Slight problem with getting in, but that was our fault!

The place was very convenient where situated
Quite spacious and price reasonable but …..
No spoons it looked a bit disorganised and cleaning of the room I felt could have been better sorry my side table needed cleaned

Clean , bathroom and main room.
Great shower,
General Cleanliness
Missing cutlery - no knives, no forks. Only teasppons
Kitchen corner was dark - could have done with light/ lamp
No washing liquid, tea towel or cleaning cloth - so hard to clean up
Some of furniture was “tired”
