Great, will stay again!

The hotel located along a busy street and about 5 mins walk between the 2 exits (exit at 24 along Namba walk). It is a busy hotel so the turnover of the rooms is frequent. Rooms are small but very clean. There are washers and dryers to do laundry (300yen for washing and 100 yen for 30mins drying) which is a super plus point and mostly no wait. There is a family mart below for the early raiser for breakfast. Luggage storage available too!

No water dispenser and each room is only allocated 2 bottles of water/ based on no. Of guest each day. There is a kettle but too small if u have many guests in the room.

Very calm and relaxing hotel with comfy beds and nice views to the city

Very calm and clean hotel, next to the Namba station and close also to Dotonbori market. The hosts at the reception were very happy to help us with all our questions. Our room had twin beds and they were big, so we enjoyed our sleep a lot. We also had a very nice view of the city from our window. We loved it!

アクセス良く便利

駅からのアクセスがよくコンビニや飲食店が近くにあるので大変便利。スタッフの対応が良く施設も綺麗でした。トイレとシャワーが別なのが良かった。廊下の声やドアの開け閉めやバタバタする音は聞こえましたが、夜中は静かだったしベッドも広くて寝心地が良かったのでぐっすり眠れました。

加湿空気清浄機が自由に貸し出しされていたのは良かったのですが、空気清浄機が置かれている場所から自分で部屋まで運んで行くシステムで部屋まで運んだらズボンにホコリがべったり付いてしまい、床も水がポタポタこぼれてしまい悲しかったです。清掃済みのものを貸し出ししていただきたいです。あと、部屋の窓には白いシートが貼られいて全く外の景色が見えない部屋だったので少し閉鎖感がありました。寝るだけの利用だったので大丈夫でしたが、ホテルでの滞在時間が長い方などは景色の見えるお部屋にされると良いかと思います。

Excelente lugar

Tiene una excelente ubicación, los del front desk son súper amables, me ayudaron a llenar lo del TQbin y el hecho de que tengan lavandería es genial. Si vuelvo a venir a Osaka, seguro que me quedo en este lugar.

Hay noches sobre todo los fines si es un poco ruidoso, considerando que está muy cerca de Dotonburi

地理位置方便，我預定的三人房很大，是無障礙房間，如有輪椅人士入住，會很方便。喜歡牙膏與牙刷分開包裝，夠環保，不用因為要用牙膏而每次開一支牙刷。

不是每天的房間清潔也令人滿意，有一次晚上回到酒店，洗手間的地上竟然有垃圾。

it was very convenient and met expectations apart from the tub and comfort of the bed.

we loved the location and accessibility, very close and central to everything. convenience of family mart right outside and was a good view.

the bed was not very comfortable and I did think we were going to get a bath tub because of the images on booking.com but there was no bath :( could definitely use another 2 pillows

Very good and clean room with superb location

Location is superb. This is the 2nd time we are staying in this Hotel. Previously was Red Roof Plus. Reached Hotel early and requested for early check in and we are ready to pay for the extra hours. Hotel staff checked and let us proceed without charging us. We are so grateful ! Room although is small but it is clean and shower pressure is strong and hot. We just loved the automated toilet.

Only dislike is the pillow too soft and it will get flat after awhile of lying. Need to get extra pillow if not will have stiff neck next day. Good thing is Hotel will provide extra pillows upon requested.

Big room, convenient location

The location was really convenient, short walk to dotonbori, and right in front of the underground shopping street with access to the metro. Room was really big, and added bonus of having floorboard. Bed was nice and large.

Very happy overall.

The location is superb. Easy access to transportation, excellent restaurants, shopping, good times.

The rooms are a little small and although we specified a child, no cot, or bedding provided for the child.

I like that there is a huge lounge for waiting customers and that the staff in the front desk are very accommodating especially since there is a Filipino staff that we could communicate to properly.

The restroom in the lounge area is not clean.

Very good

It's close to the station, Namba walk, Dotonbori, Kuromon market. Everything is so close and convenient. It's nice to stay here. The amenities and pajamas are also good.

It"s just no view at all on 3rd and 5th floor, the window shows nothing (blur film). It's stated on the description with city view. So unfortunate!

Exceptional location for price

The location was the best, walking less than 5 mins to all the shops and food! Comfortable room, reasonably priced for the exceptional location. I like how toilet are separated from the shower,

Walls are thin and can hear neighbours if you have unfortunately loud ones. I had one morning hearing an loud phone alarm go off for 15mins...

A well located, but not particularly cheap dump of a hotel

Location is great

Whole place is filthy. Dirty carpets throughout hotel, thick layers of dust in room with old, tattered curtains. Worst is that there in no working AC in the room. We had the the AC on highest setting and there was barely any air coming up of the vent that was caked in black dirt. The hotel provided us with a portable dehumidifier that did nothing for the temperature and just dried out our eyes and throats. Couldn’t sleep properly during entire stay and hated every minute we were there.
