L’emplacement est parfait, situé dans le centre-ville.
La propreté des chambres et l’accueil de la réception sont agréables.
Bonne literie et chambres spacieuses.
Le porte-bagagiste est très gentil.
Parking gratuit appréciable.
Le bruit. L’hôtel est constitué de 3 patios ouverts jusqu’au toit (un au niveau de la réception, un autre au niveau du couloir et un dernier donnant sur le restaurant).
Toutes les chambres donnent sur un patio, ce qui est nécessairement bruyant, surtout pour celles qui sont au niveau de la réception et du restaurant. Bien que nous ayons été situés au niveau du patio « couloir », nous entendions les bruits du restaurant. Nous conseillons de placer des vitres entre le rez-de-chaussée et les étages, permettant de conserver l’esprit de patio tout en réduisant le bruit.
De plus, nos chambres jouxtaient le stockage des linges et produits ménagers, de sorte que nous entendions constamment le passage des personnels de ménage.
Nous avons utilisé le service de blanchisserie :
-Nous ne savions pas si notre linge a été repassé ou juste plié
-Nous avons dû récupérer le linge à la réception et le monter dans notre chambre nous-mêmes
Notre chambre n’avait toujours pas été refaite à 15h malgré notre demande faite sur la porte via la pancarte.
Accueil du restaurant et nourriture (dîner comme petit-déjeuner) médiocres. Les confitures sont industrielles, le chocolat chaud est mauvais.

Great location and Denise works at the front desk is wonderful. She is so helpful and understands Customer service. She deserves a Raise or Promotion..
It is a beautiful hotel but there are lots of beautiful hotels in El Centro, Cuenca with much better service at lower costs.
Poor service at breakfast. The staff seems to forget who I was in spite of the fact that I stayed at this hotel for 13 days in July 2026. I asked many times in.Spanish and English for HOT Green Tea. Sometimes the wait was over 10 minutes even if I was the only person at breakfast. They were busy chatting with each other. I asked the same wait staff daily but they couldn't remember my tea request or room number.
There are limited outlets in the room and staff gave me an extension cord at my arrival so I could use my computer. However they suddenly removed the cord before my departure?? Why?? I still needed it and took about 30 minutes before I recieved it. I asked to spesk to Manager but I guess none on duty?? They ignored my request to speak to a manager.
Room 101 is near the front desk and Always COLD since there is a draft from the open door main entrance to the hotel. They have a heater at reception area since its so cold in the lobby but the cold air passed thru.
I never got HOT 🔥 water from the basin or the shower in my room.t did get lukewarm water so it was quick shower and wash my hands and face. The room was cold so hot 🔥 water was important.
I did inform the front desk and asked to speak to manage but none responded. In person. I was given
a I'm sorry note (and gift which I refused).when I checked out. I dont consider this good response
To my issues.
I was required to Pay for my room in.advance at arrival so didn't have to option to change hotels. Many nicer hotels in Cuenca allow you to pay your bill at your departure.
I have stayed at this hotel 5 times in the past 3 years but the last 2 stays there were issues which management chose to ignore.
I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
I recommend you select ANOTHER HOTEL for your stay in beautiful Cuenca.
