Location was perfect, near Cuenca's tourist attractions. Breakfast was good.
My bathroom ventilator was not working, so if you took a hot shower the entire room filled with steam.

Beds were really comfy. The location was perfect. Front end staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms facilities were decent as well.
The internet didn't work very well. For most of of my stay it wouldn't work. Also the breakfast didn't get topped up or made to order, so once things ran out that was it.
