The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, and the amenities met my expectations

Nice staff. The personnel were really attentive and supportive. 10/10!!!
Location was great. Just 12 minute walk from the Ordoñez Lasso Tranvía station.
Some hotel premises looked abandoned (e.g. spa area, sauna, pool’s bathroom and change rooms).
Restaurant’s menu might be overpriced and serving sizes can be improved.
