A very well kept hotel strategically located in Old Town Cuenca. Room was very well furnished and clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful
1) There was noise coming from other guests in the middle of the night, the staff should tell them to keep quiet
2) The staff at the restaurant were not as friendly as the staff in the front desk

The hotel is very comfortable and the personnel is helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is generous, tasty and stylish.
However, guests should be aware that some of the rooms are interior rooms, they have NO WINDOWS! And this is not at all clearly presented during the booking process, the information is misleading and most of the guests have no idea about the claustrophobic room until they check-in. The hotel is using a double language about the reservations. Our reservation was for a “Deluxe Queen”, while their internal system was showing a “Deluxe Queen, interior, no windows”. And this is deceiving.
