Conveniently located in Cuenca Centro, this hotel has lovely charm. The beds and room layout was comfortable. And it was quiet which is great.

Loved the location and the front desk staff. They allowed me to check in early and to change rooms to one with a window with natural light. The interior is very beautiful and the room was modern but also beautiful. Also loved the coffee/tea station in the lobby.
I missed Ceviche for breakfast. Otherwise the buffet was good. However, I wished they told me that they would make a fresh olmet for me.
